Quality is central to our service. Our rigorous quality control procedures are fully accredited to ISO 9001:2015 standards and our structural hot rolled fabrications can be manufactured up to Execution Class 3.

Ranging from small components to full modules and plant rooms we can work from client drawings, or our in-house detailing team can create drawings to client brief. All materials are QA checked, painted and galvanised prior to delivery or installation.

Combined with the flexibility of cold rolled steel from LGSF you have a turnkey solution, all from one supplier.

PREPACKAGED PLANT ROOM FRAMES (PPR)

Our offsite prefabricated plant rooms are constructed from high quality hot rolled steel. The fabricated modules / sections are then shipped to our clients for fit-out, such as plant, pipework and containment. We also specialise in the organisation and supervision of landing plant rooms onsite.

VERTICAL SERVICE RISERS / SKID MODULES

Riser and distribution modules are designed and manufactured in modular form at our fabrication facilities. Frames are fabricated to your drawings, or you can choose to use our inhouse design team.

Pre fabricated modules offer an ideal solution for mid to high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, and data centre builds, providing efficient distribution for mechanical and electrical services.

UNISTRUT MODULES / HORIZONTAL MODULES

High-quality and durable Unistrut modules are the perfect solution for housing electrical and mechanical infrastructure within fabricated modules. Fabricated offsite, these structures are then fitted out by our clients prior to being sent to the main construction site for onsite installation.

DfMA (design for manufacture and assembly). We provide comprehensive design and drafting services. Our experienced team can also fabricate modules to our customers’ exact specifications and drawings.
Detailing Services: Our design team prepares co-ordinated BIM, GA and fabrication drawings.

ACCESS PLATFORMS / MEZZANINES / STAIRCASES

Further embedding DfMA into our product lines, our modular access solutions for working at height incorporate standard details and components to deliver maximum onsite efficiency.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Control.
Steel Construction Certification Scheme (SCCS) certification to design and manufacture under the BS EN 1090 (UKCA Marking) standard, ensuring compliance for special or fixed applications.
