This comprehensive programme challenges managers at all levels to refine their leadership skills and align their team’s performance with broader organisational goals. Daley and Matthew completed an intensive learning journey, covering modules including: Leadership Skills Development, Delegation and Time Efficiency, Effective Communication Skills, Managing and Appraising Performance, Managing Change and Innovation.
