Whether you are a modular manufacturer, building contractor or self builder we have an experienced team, who will help every step of the way. Speak to us before starting the project and we will gladly advise you on your options.
Design
Our talented and experienced engineering team work with your architect and project team, to design modular steel systems to suit your specific requirements. Any technical queries will be answered and 2D and 3D drawings produced.
Manufacture
Manufacturing takes place at our facilities in North Yorkshire. Producing cold formed steel and hot rolled steel and fabrication, we combine traditional fabrication processes with modern manufacturing processes to provide clients with high quality “solutions in steel”. We will deliver to your assembly line for further fitting or direct to the construction site.
Self-Assemble Panels
Our modular builder and contractor clients tend to choose to self-assemble. All our frames are individually marked, simplifying the erection of the frame. The size of your structure will dictate whether it is possible to assemble without the assistance of a steel erector.
Pre-Assembled Panels
Pre-assembled panels are manufactured at our factory by our team. Options are available for factory fitted boarding such as flooring and cladding.
Installation Support
If you do not already have your own contractors, depending on the type and size of the project, we will assist you sourcing suitable contractors.
