Here at LGSF it is imperative that we ensure that our production team are armed with the best available tools to deliver high quality materials to our customers. With this in mind we recently engaged Rich Morley from our long term hand tool provider at Hilti Group to undertake an in depth review of our tooling requirements, and this has resulted in LGSF recently replacing all of our legacy production hand tooling with products from Hilti’s Nuron 22V cordless range.

The change to Hilti’s Nuron range will deliver increased productivity levels through higher performance and fewer charging pauses - Nuron's advanced batteries are equipped with high-capacity, efficient cells to deliver longer life per charge whilst also providing a 50% faster charge time. This coupled with improved safety resulting from features such as Active Torque Control (ATC), Active Vibration Reduction (AVR), improved ergonomics and weight distribution mean that LGSF’s production team are equipped with the state-of-the-art tooling required to ensure we continue to manufacture the highest quality product possible.
